Cancellation Policy

At CLUVIAN, we process orders quickly to ensure timely delivery. Please review our cancellation policy below.

Order Cancellation
• Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order or before the order is shipped, whichever is earlier.
• Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

How to Cancel an Order

with your order ID and reason for cancellation.

Refund for Cancelled Orders
• If the order is cancelled successfully before shipment, a full refund will be processed.
• Refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
• For COD orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer or store credit.

Non-Cancellable Orders
• Orders that have already been shipped.
• Mystery Box orders once confirmed.
• Orders placed during special sales or limited-edition drops.
