At CLUVIAN, we are committed to delivering premium-quality products. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, please review our policy below.

Return Eligibility

• Returns are accepted within 3 days from the date of delivery (as per courier tracking).
• Items must be unused, unwashed, and returned in original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
• Sale or promotional items are non-returnable unless received damaged or defective.

Non-Returnable Items

• Mystery Box orders (eligible for exchange only in specific cases)
• Innerwear or accessories (if applicable)
• Products showing signs of wear, washing, alteration, or damage caused by the customer

Mystery Box Policy

Mystery Box orders are eligible for exchange only in case of the following:
• Size issues
• Damaged or defective product

Refunds are not applicable for Mystery Box orders.

Return Shipping

• Customers are responsible for return shipping charges unless the item received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
• Products must not be sent back without prior approval.

Return Process

  1. Email us at cluvianteam@gmail.com with your order ID and reason for return within 3 days of delivery.
  2. Our team will review your request and provide return instructions.
  3. After receiving and inspecting the product, we will initiate the refund or exchange.

Exchanges

• Exchanges are subject to product availability.
• If the requested item is unavailable, store credit or a refund will be issued (except for Mystery Box orders).
• Exchange orders will be dispatched within 3–5 business days after quality approval.

Refunds

• Refunds are processed after quality inspection approval.
• Refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
• COD orders will be refunded via bank transfer or store credit.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear images or video proof for quick resolution.

Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order or before dispatch (whichever is earlier).
