1. How do I place an order?

Simply browse our collections, select your size, and add the product to your cart. Proceed to checkout and complete the payment to place your order.

2. How long does delivery take?

• Metro cities: 3–5 business days
• Non-metro / remote areas: 5–8 business days
Delivery timelines may vary due to location or courier delays.

3. How can I track my order?

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link via SMS or email.
You can also track your order from the Track Order page on our website.

4. What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 3 days of delivery, provided the product is unused, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags intact.

5. Are Mystery Box orders returnable?

No. Mystery Box orders are not returnable or refundable.
However, exchanges are allowed only in case of size-related issues or if the product is received damaged or defective.

6. Can I cancel my order after placing it?

Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order or before the order is shipped, whichever is earlier.
Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled.

8. What should I do if I receive a damaged or wrong product?
