Types of Mystery Boxes

CLUVIAN currently offers the following Mystery Box categories:

• Bronze Mystery Box
• Silver Mystery Box
• Gold Mystery Box
• Platinum Mystery Box

Each Mystery Box contains surprise apparel items curated by our team.
Customers cannot choose designs, colors, or specific products.

The contents and value of each Mystery Box are defined on the product page at the time of purchase.

Size Selection

• Customers can select only the size while purchasing a Mystery Box.
• No other preferences (design, color, product type) can be selected.
• Customers are responsible for selecting the correct size at the time of purchase.

Returns & Exchanges

• Mystery Box orders are not eligible for return or refund.
• Exchange is allowed only in the following cases:
• Size-related issues
• Damaged or defective product

No other exchange requests will be accepted.

Exchange Conditions (Important)

• In case of damage, only the affected product from the Mystery Box will be exchanged — not the entire Mystery Box.
• In case of size issues, customers must have selected the correct size at the time of purchase. Size exchanges are subject to availability.
• Style, color, or product preference exchanges are not allowed.

Damaged or Defective Items

• Any damaged or defective item must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
• Customers must share clear images or video proof for verification.
• Approved cases will be processed for exchange only.

Order Cancellation

• Mystery Box orders cannot be cancelled once the order has been shipped, as per our cancellation policy.

Final Sale

• All Mystery Box purchases are considered final sale.
